    Look for Aion installation folder and delete the L10N folder. Use Ncsoft launcher to repair files and then put the newest item.pak into: Aion/Data/USA/items

    or if you rebooted your windows try to install the directx and it will work...if is not working idk..maybe you will need to reinstall the game :D

    Make sure your client was fully installed, if it is, go to Aion\L10N\ and delete everything inside, run the NCsoft launcher and hit of File Repair, then run the GamezAion Launcher as administrator and let it update your client
