    can someone help me with this? i did all what i know to solve this problem but my knowledge seems to be not enough. been suffering from this problem since October 2014. :3 and now still can't play because of this. Downloading process always stop at this stage. i can run gamezaion but the files are not complete so i only see "heads" in game. someone help me please?

    idk....maybe its something from windows....maybe you can try to reinstall your ncsoft launcher
