Today those pesky Shugo's (you know the ones) have decided it would be a wonderful idea to install vending machines into Sanctum and Pandaemonium. Why did they do this? Really this girl could not say. I will never understand what goes though their heads other than 'Daeva have kinah?' and 'Nyerk, Nyerk, Nyerk". Both of which are really dang annoying to hear constantly. So! In lieu of personal safety (the last time I investigated something the Shugo's did I was unconscious for a few days), I went off and looked at what they did!

It was startling, shocking, even scary! I think we may have just hit them with maces enough times on the head to make them go loony. Or, maybe they are just planning a massive invasion of express messengers again. I don't know, but both are equally fear instilling in this Daeva. So, what did they do you ask this reporter?
Well just keep on reading this investigative Daeva's report!

In my search though back ally ways, dusty offices, and even more scary mansions. I found some paperwork. The Shugo's have a new leader! And this guy, named Fortunerk happens to think it would be nice to FINALLY pay you Daeva's who have supported multiple Shugo insurrections across Atreia and Balaurea which in itself cute loveable, fluffy cat/rat/dog things with weapons well you get the idea.

Anyway, this thing he was talking about comes in the form of chance! It's a lottery of sorts, well not really a lottery but close enough. They are going to make you spend Kinah to Earn Kinah. But here's the kicker. The top prize is a whopping 5 Billion Kinah a WEEK! Yes Daeva's that is QUITE the pot. However they also want to reward you for spending it seems and in this quote "And even the ones who spend some can be given a little. I'm sure we will make more Kinah than EVER with this scheme!". Yea, of course it's just a Kinah making plot! Of course! And here I thought, the Shugo's were being kind. Don't worry! It gets SO much better, they have TICKETS!

Oh, yea I know what you are thinking. Great Tickets. Well it is! The problem? They only put up 2 of each vending machine. That is a total of twenty (20) tickets for each prize tier! Oh man, that is just horrible! I swear one of these days, I am going to group all of the Shugo together and blow them up with Doom of the Living. Hmph,to cause such a ruckus over Kinah.

Sadly, the Shugo's have made it so that as I said, there are only ten (10) Tickets per Machine per Day, Except for the one on the left it happens to have twenty (20) tickets inside it. That means a total of twenty(20) tickets. However, they are more than kind enough to make sure that these are restocked daily. I'm not to sure if that is good or bad, I can see the Daeva's beating the machines with polearms now. I hope the Shugo's took out insurance!

Every week, they will pick at random an amount of tickets between 500 - 1500 of EACH Kind. So these will make up the lottery numbers. Your lovely prize (kinah) will be directly related to those tickets! There is apparently one jackpot per week and if that pot is not claimed? Well it seems according to the documents that it will grow for the week after.

For example, the first week the Jackpot will be 5 Billion Kinah. If no one wins, or the winner does not claim the prize? The prize the next drawing will be 10 Billion Kinah. This is ONLY applicable to the Jackpot Prize. The other prizes are not accumulative and will not change from their designated amounts. Items MAY be placed in the lottery drawing from time to time as long as the Shugo's are making Kinah from sales of their dastardly tickets.

These items may be something fabulous, or may be something very cheap. Knowing the Shugo race? I think it will be something shiny but probably worthless for a while. Who knows, maybe the worthless things may end up as something useful? Only time will tell. I got ran off by a horde of angry Shugo weapon merchants. How they managed to get Custodian and Ambassador Pistols? Beyond me, but I don't like being full of holes unless I'm killing a Balaur or something.

Now, I guess I should let you in on how the lottery works right? There was JUST enough time to get that information on camera. Which for you is a good thing, for me? I almost ended up getting a Longtooth Dagger in the back. Anyway, enough about my hardships in stealing the Shugo's master plan and to the ways to win!

These odds are pretty scary. The only thing I did notice that the Shugo's did do? They at least made sure that the paper they printed on was 'proof' of everything. No water, fire, wind, earth damage. They won't rip, bend or tear. That's good because Daeva's get into a lot of fights and have all sorts of weapons on them.

Where can you buy them? What are they?! Oh gosh, I forgot to show you their maps and the Tickets themselves! Plus I guess we need to figure out the cryptography these Shugo use with the colors too. Well, here you go dear Daeva of hopefulness!

The Machines are there, all of them. I'm not sure if there are others hidden else-where in the world. Who knows, those Shugo's are masterminds of putting Daeva's out of house and home by making us spend all of our Kinah on items! They just might have hidden a few of these machines elsewhere. I only found these two maps, but i think I saw other ones. I'm not sure.

The tickets are different colors. And with good reason. It seems that the Shugo are using colour to confuse the Daeva's this time. Normally they just speak strange, this time however yea they made it a little harder. Onto the de-confusion.

These are the Tickets that you can buy. The following will be how they stack up in the number schemes.

Red - Will Always be the FIRST Number in Combination
Blue - Will Always be the SECOND Number in Combination
Green - Will Always be the THIRD Number in Combination

So for example: 1000 || 1332 || . 1108
That would be the winning numbers: 1000 Red Tickets, 1332 Blue Tickets, 1108 Green Tickets.

They also made them trade-able with the VIP Membership Club.
This will cost you 1500 Credits and is good for One Month (30 days), it allows you to trade everything! Along with other bonuses that can come in quite handy at times.

There are also special rare Kinah Coupons that will be given out randomly to the participants and winners of the Events that some of the more powerful Daeva's host. They have been bribed by the Shugo Lottery Commission to keep quiet about when these will be handed out. Though these will act as a multiplier again, applied at random.

What does this all mean? It means simply, if you have enough of these Rare Coupons, that you could win anywhere from two times (2x) up to five times (5x) the Jackpot if you happen to get the correct combination. Gosh these Shugo sure want your money don't they?!

They are evil, yes very evil. I found out how much they are charging for each of these as well. It's scary! Such a money laundering scheme that even Tiamat couldn't manage to pull off! I fear for my wallet already, I happen to be known to gamble quite a bit.

Green Tickets - 100,000 Kinah Each (Max Stack 1000)
Blue Tickets - 1,000,000 Kinah Each (Max Stack 1000)
Red Tickets - 1,000,000 Kinah Each (Max Stack 1000)

I have a feeling those Shugo will end up making more money than they hand out. I really, really, truly, do. But! At least you have a slight chance to make a killing. Other than the faction you are opposed! They also, have informed me after extorting plenty of different things. They may be kind enough to refill these contraptions once a day, or maybe not at all. So...I guess that means we should check back every now and then. Dunno, those Shugo like to Nyerk us a lot. Ahh No no. Help me. I started talking like them!!!

So, to claim the prize these evil cat/rat/dog things are giving out? You will need to be a registered forum member. When the prize is drawn, and the winning numbers are posted below? Check your ticket count!

I believe the Shugos will be removing the machines before the Drawing starts, and replacing them before the next week starts. At least that is what they are planning.

• This lottery is scheduled to run weekly, Tuesday - Sunday (-5GMT). The Lotto Ticket Machines will be Unavailable on Monday as Drawings will occur.
• Prizes NOT claimed by Tuesday 00:01 (-5GMT) will be put back into the Jackpot and the Machines will come back.
• Multiple People Can Win a Jackpot or Prize it is not Limited at One Person

    • Your claim will be invalid and ALL tickets will be removed
    • You will be ineligible for the next weeks drawing
  • You can always hold your tickets! They do not expire.
    • You are unable to win a Jackpot Twice in a Row
      • This is checked by forum accounts and we will know
  • You cannot win TWO (2) Jackpots, or Other prizes in the same Drawing
    • Even if you have the correct amount of tickets, you are limited to one claim,
• Pay attention for special prize additions! They may happen!

Limited Daily Purchase Items. There is no guessing by anyone at all. Think of it like a quick pick lotto or so.
