Solved Help! has read posts about this problem, but still unresolved!

Problem: ID or password does not match. (2)
HI!!
I have encountered the problem twice, one was in 2012 and recently today. i have read post regarding this matter and has followed instructions on how to solve it, but still problem persists. I have my NCSoft account and it was stated that the same account will be used in logging into the game but ID or password does not match(2). I decided to change password found right at the bottom on the log-in screen, first try led me to NCsoft website but still ID or password does not match(2). The second try I tried to change my password, led me to gamezaion website. Now, my gamezaion and ncsoft account got different passwords. I tried using the two accounts in logging into the game but sad to say, really sad to say, ID or password does not match (2). Please help me. Please...

P.S. i started playing aion since 2010. My last login attempt in 2012, I had this problem but wasn't able to fix it. I am dying to play again.

As of today, I used my new account in logging into the game. I have long given up on my old account due to the same problem.
I have tried so many times changing my password using normal characters. Still problem unsolved.
