I saw some dude called Buttsecks running around with some Dragonbound leather parts... I have been waiting for this skin from retail, and it's impossible to get it on this server. Why did he get the skin while nobody else can?

yeah i've been waiting for that dragonbound skin plate thought its just missing never knew we have to donate first

No he said he got it from donating a lot of money... And come on, there are only those events like 1 time every month I really, REALLY want 3 skin parts of that set T_T

Only way I could see this person getting dragonbound is an event or a corrupt GM that decided to give it out. (which I could see happening back a few weeks, not now)
