    usually how long to take for the item reach in my mail or inventory,i do have space in both mail and inven
    this is my 1st time to buy at web shop since online shop isnt working.
    just bought an item for webshop and login after 5mins didnt got the item

    Seems to me that it varies depending on the server traffic sometimes I get them instantly sometimes takes like 10 mins.

    Make sure you are on the correct character. Alot of people send their item to one character and then 2 days later found out that they been checking the wrong character.
