Solved Client Errors

How can i fix this??

Make sure your computers drivers are all up to date, as well as the Directx. Restart computer and repair your client.

 

My cleint is broken as well, Can't repair it

 

What you mean you can't repair it?

Open up the ncsoft launcher and client file repair at the bottom left of the launcher window.

 

NCSOFT ERROR

 

Reinstalled it 3 times and there is still an error

 

Make sure you are clicking on the Aion shortcut to open the ncsoft launcher not the shortcut that says ncsoft launcher.





Also, the problem might not be your client. IT could be your computer, you may not have the latest drivers installed or you may have corrupted drivers.

Go to your device manager and make sure that every piece of hardware is installed fully with the latest driver. And make sure you have the latest Directx

 

still the same error

 

No offense, but I doubt you checked every single driver for every piece of hardware on your computer in less than 3 minutes. Please check again.

Also, what are your system specs?

Operating system:
RAM:
GPU
CPU:
MotherBoard:

Also, make sure you are running the game as Admin.

Also, how big is your aion folder?

 

Given this is a launcher error the following should assist you.

Launcher Error - E03023

Please try the following to resolve error E02023:

1. Fully shut down the NCSOFT Update Helper by going to your system try and right clicking the NC icon and choosing exit.
2. Go the the following link and download and run the new program that you receive.
   • http://launcher.patcher.ncsoft.com/NC-Launcher/NC-LauncherSetup.exe
3. This program will re-install the launcher and should fix this error.
