    1.Construction flux heartbloom but you can get only one time per day construction flux and not the exact one you want-chances are slim.
    2.Gift from pet if you take care of it-chances are slim again.
    3.Not sure about this one but from gathering from plants(essencetapping) around Pernon/Oriel.Have seen only lesser and minor construction fluxes not sure if major is option at all there.
    Those are the options I am familiar of.

    i got major construction flux from plant (essencetapping) in pernon/oriel in the past. i still have much if u interest, send me mail in game (asmo only: Bard)
