Solved IS Portal/CD Bug.

    Either the portal is bugged or the CD table is. The table shows that no one has cd, but the message from the gate says otherwise. Make up your mind!!! Anyway, it's some sort of bug either way.

    Bump. Still bugged. Also failed to mention that the CD table is bugged in general and doesn't show CD for any instance, not only IS.

    That bug is quite old now, it's something had to do with the old zdata from the old reports.
