Solved PH 1500 Ping Issue

ma'am my other computer is not draining all the bandwidth because, my other client playing league of legends , and the ping is only 39, .. but now my gamezaion ping is 5129

 

GamezAion siel server is located in the US. When you play League of legends, the server you are playing is probably located closer to you. For Gamezaion, your connection will have to cross the ocean.

If you do the tracert like I asked earlier, we could of figured out what is going on with your connection. But due to the fact that you are ignoring the request, I cannot attempt to help you.

got same problem... normal ping 200-250 now got 1500 to 2000 ping... and im at home.. some of game are good ping...

 

get screen shot as "Kyle" said from trace route and post it here, will tell you where the problem is.

 

Apparently after some investigation. A couple users gave me their results through a pm. They both have issues with their ping. The results shows that their connection was normal until they hit a liquidweb host server in Lansing, Michigan.

The results show that the user will have about 200 -300 ping in different locations. They got 250 ping in one liquidweb server in Lansing, Michigan but as soon as they reached the next liquidweb server in Lansing after that one, the ping will jump to 1400.



Whether or not that has anything to do with GamezAion, that is something that only the people who know the network that Gamez runs with. I do not know the ips of the Gamez servers and hosts and routers and switches. Also, some areas of Michigan are experiencing Internet issues. Mostly with charter services.

I dropped a message to a CEO and puddles. It could be the "host" of the GamezAion Hosting servers not properly maintaining their equipment and maybe a few of their servers or routers need a reboot. Carl just pays for the services. Just like when a Router in your home is acting weird, they need to turn it off for 30 seconds and reboot it. Not something that Gamez can do unless tehy get in contact with an employee who is near the servers and can access the equipment either remotely, or physically.

 

Its not an issue that you guys only are having. I had the same issues with comcast last week and a server in chicago. Apparently they where working on it during business hours and totally fine at night but was fixed within three days. I had 4000 ping where normally I have 20.

got the same 1300 something in my CMD whn i typ tracert... demn... hope thy can fix it.. i copy my aion with my frnds but hs aion is running normal..

Haha , im having same problem . 200-250 this last month but now it's 400-550 ms . i think there's a problem with Gamezaion . PH ISP is 35mb but lag

better use lower ping on aion , lower ping support aion .

 

Thanks for the trace route proof guys, I'll give our datacenter a call tonight and see what can be done to fix this issue.

 

I had this problem also that's why i can't go PVP ingame right now.. (4K plus ms), i called my internet provider and ask for an upgrade but the still is still high...

Thanks for the call that you are going to make Sir @Lautaro. I have many known players in the Philippines that have Problems in their ping one of them is my Cousin (Confirmedcheater) and his friends. I'll Call him tonight and explain them whats going on.. they are planning to quit but i will do my best to convince them to play again just like what i did a year ago...

there's no reason to quit, Lag will be fixed..
