Solved PaymentWall Problem

Hey, sorry i dont know where to post this but hope you can help.

I tried donating via PaymentWall in MOBIAMO Pay by Mobile.
By typing MONEY then sending it to 606610.
At first, it worked and i got 261 Credits for 10 Saudi Riyals.
Then i tried again but for 20 Saudi Riyals which means I should get 500 + Credits but i didnt notice that i send it to wrong number.
I sent it to 606610 instead of 600610.
So i lost 20 Saudi Riyals.

donating 10 Saudi Riyals must be sent to 606610
donating 20 Saudi Riyals must be sent to 600610
so be careful.

Then I tried 10 SR again and i made sure that i am sending it to correct number 606610 but i didnt get the code.
But 10 Saudi Riyal has been deducted to my credit balance.

How do I get back the 20 Saudi Riyals and 10 Saudi Riyals? It did not give me a code until now.
How will you track this problem?
