    Donating Problems.. NO CREDITS ADDED IN MY ACCOUNT. Do i need to wait up to 24 hours to get my credits? cause i have no problems donating last few years, but now why like this it is usually instant. now, I am left with four parts Elite Arbiter Cloth. Please I need an instant solution for this, I am really mad. f**king lag DNS f**king bug website for donation. I know there is no refund / replacement for this and its fine I understand that, JUST FIX THAT GOD DAMN DONATION SITE. of all the Rich People why me, F*CK!!!

    First of all while I understand your anger and the feelings you may have regarding this issue however swearing and the anger isn't necessary.

    Is your payment method new or you have used it before? If new, then you must wait up to 48 hours for your bank to accept the payments. If the payment method isn't new then something happened between the bank and the payment method you have used.

    If you wish feel free to message me the payment method and a screenshot of the payment, which should be unedited.

    Sorry for the inconvenience, I hope we can get this issue sorted ASAP.

    Still no Credits in my account.. and its not a bank transfer that i am using i am using another type of method in paying...

    What payment method are you using?

    You'll honestly be better off contacting them regarding your donation than here. They have the toolsets to be able to assist you faster. Alot of times they place a hold on different payment methods just to get you to contact them to verify its actually you.

    I did that already and they won't refund. I've realize that it could probably my DNS server (Sometimes my webbrowser loads sometimes it stops) that avoids me in getting my credit on my account, but i am still at doubt because my money is deducted.. but anyways there are no more problems in the donation site right?

    If you provide them proof of purchase, such as a receipt, they will fix any errors that may have occurred. Also, if they do deny the credit, call your bank and ask them to take the funds back.​
