Solved Can't find the vip item pack(just got back after 1year break)

hey i am a old player from about 2012-2013 and i just got back into aion and i decided to buy vip but when i click the link in the at the bottom of vip for the item pack it gives me an error can anyone guide me please

HOnstly i don't even know how to put the item pack in lol its client files...

 

It's easy. Just read the guide.

Download the items.pak.

Go to data/usa/items folder.

Delete the old contents.

Extract new files in that folder.

Play the game​

 

when i downloaded the item pack its not a item pack it was 3 files

 

That is the loose version. Put those three files in the folder. ​

 

so put them 3 files in the folder and delete the item pack and i should be cool?
