Solved I bought my Elite Arbiter's Tunic just now but it doesnt show up in my acc

GM please check where does my Elite Arbiter's Tunic go pls, my character's inventory is basically so empty, but i cant see the item i just bought ...this is my proof >>

Were you online when you purchased it cause you are not supposed to, that's one thing.
Sometimes it happens to take longer than expected, that's the second.
Lastly, make sure you purchased it on the right character. Who knows, you might have clicked on the wrong toon before buying it so check your other toons as well.
Since you have even proof, you've got nothing to worry about and wait for any AM's response.
