Giant fail?

I wanted to make an item today, lvl 25 blue sword. I got all the mats and designs, so I thouthd. It appears that the MOST SIMPLE DESIGN, a titanium ****ing INGOT, is not even implemented!!! W T F. Then when I asked for bryne to get me the design with //add, she said no because bla bla I dont care rights. Wtf is wrong with you, all u gotta do is one click to implement that item...

I want to make my fking sword because the loot tables of the similar item skin drops are ****ed and dont even fking work.

1) it takes more than 1 click to implement something. the item actually has to be scripted to go in, and tbh, crafting is low on the list of stuff to do.

2) And, unless byrne has upgraded to HGM while iv been gone, then he doesnt have power to use //add

I did my best to help you. Typically the game gives you certain base designs (ingots and nails) for reaching a certain level of crafting mastery. I don't know why you didn't receive the skill automatically.

Regardless, its against the server policy for GMs to use the //add command (only senior GM+ can use it anyway) to give players items.

Although your inconvenience is regrettable, there is not much the GM team can do to help you. Sorry.

 

No the nails and some other design I need can just be bought. I asked a senior GM to use //add but that dude said it's not implemented so the rule is not to give un-implemented items.

Who even ****ing cares about this g@y-@ss rule, why the fk could one single item even affect the server a little bit? Srsly I know its a rule and I can live with it, but think about this.. It's ****ing bullshit, you all know it, its one fking design. Because you guys dont even know how to fix a simple f*cking bugg or actually fix the fked up loot tables, we have to suffer because of this. When we ask for something that will solve our problem you come with some dumbass answer that you cant do it because of some rule. Seriously I whipe my ass off with that fking rule-book of Carl. So I do to his face.

 

From your perspective, I understand how you feel. From the staff's perspective, you must understand that we have a lot of rules to go by and if we value our position as staff members (and we do) we carry out the rules of the owner(s) and not our own rules.

After all, GMs are not gods of the server, they are merely an extension of the authority of the owner. We are not allowed to govern outside of that authority, that also includes not using //add to give players items regardless if it is something as small as a silly low level crafting design. Rules are rules.

 

Carl has to go online to reboot the server anyways, so when he comes online, could ya ask him? If he sais no ima hang myself in the kitchen.
