yeah.. i did i actually did it 2 times

 

Make sure you are using the correct bin folder, which should be bin32. There is something wrong with it. Start the Gamez Launcher as Admin and click on the update button when it appears.

Please try to delete your zData.pak in C:\Program Files (x86)\NCSOFT\Aion\L10N\enu\data, delete d3d8thk.dll file in C:\Program Files (x86)\NCSOFT\Aion\bin32, same thing with your bin64 folder. Then start the Gamez Launcher as Admin and let it update, start the game.

Make sure to turn off every kind of program which might block the game itself, like a anti-virus program. And I guess you are a Win 8 user, right?
