    First of all, you shouldn't post your ID on the forums. Secondly, you can pm Puddles about this issue, since nobody besides her can really help you. Go to Inbox at the top, click on "Start a New Conversation" and in the participants, type "Puddles" and click on the name that shows up just in case. Tell her your problem, and she'll get back to you as soon as she's able.
