    I was trying to buy Archon Commander's items'm not getting, it's a bug of serve? Alente please dismiss the gm's useless only is bringing pro bug longer serves, hire employees that the service account

    The GMs are not "Employees", they are Volunteers who take time out of their day and time out of their game to help people like you with their problems without getting any money. So before you even think about insulting the staff who did nothing wrong, show some appreciation that they are actually here to help you, when in reality, they are not obligated.

    You should ask whether or not the item is actually available to be bought. Also give them more details on the problem. Which NPC you using, how much AP you have and how much AP is required to buy the item. ETC

    But if you wish to report a bug, how about you properly report it.

    I am not a GM but insulting one will not help you get any progress on your problem or know the neccessary actions to help you but be glad someone actually respond.

    To buy Archon Commander Divine , You need AP + Mithril Medals and you should be able to buy them. I recently bought a Archon Commander Broadsword and it worked fine for me. Should you face any issues. Post the item you are trying to buy too so that we can check it out. We don't "Create" bugs btw.

    1. GM's don't fix bugs, they relay them to devs.
    2. I think we don't have that many devs right now. If we did, many bugs and outright broken server files would already have been fixed.
    3. Do you honestly think any staff member will be hired here? Puh-lease.

    Hello,

    As it has been said above, try to be a bit more constructive in your post perhaps we could help you. Give staff members a chance before pointing any fingers and perhaps people would give you a nicer reply :). While staff members are more than happy to note down any bugs and issues, we are also limited in what we can do due to our policies and procedures, I'm sure you understand. We, for now I think I can speak for all of us, are Volunteers who commit their free time in helping the community and aiding the server to bloom and prosper further, and are not employees of any sort. We are around for players to rely on and we are here for help, let it be AM or Moderators.

    To sum it up, please try posting or asking a member of staff about your issue first instead of posting such a thread. Feel free to open up a new thread in questions or problems once you have worded your question or problem, although I believe Imran has answered it for you.
