Solved idella powder??

    Okay so I'm trying make a running scroll, and I have most of the items but to make the Nolan powder I need idella powder, and I have no idea where it is or do I need a scroll to make it or what?? l:
    If I need to loot it could you please tell me where/where to buy a scroll?

    You can buy it in Danaria in one of the camps, which is D4 (Beritra's Bane Territory), from the General Goods Merchant NPC. I believe you have a sell limit per character, so I suggest you to use all of your toons and maybe ask friends to buy it for you. Here is a small guide where you can find it and for future needs.
