    Also try downloading and Intalling DirectX
    This will fix your Loading DLL / CryEngine error.
    Please give me a feedback of your problem. LEt me know if it got solved or you still having some issues.

    Can you please try something for me? Go into C:\Program Files (x86)\NCSOFT Gamez\Aion\bin32 and delete the d3d8thk.dll file. Then start the Gamez Launcher as admin and update your client. Let me know if something changed or not.
