Solved problem to log in GamezAION 4.7.0.8

Hi guys i need help to log in, when i start the game i log my account but when i have to select the server, lumiel, this is trying to log in a few minutes and disconnect me
I donwload the new client who is posted in the main page, i have 64bit windows so i put the game in CProgram Files X86/NCsoft/Aion...

Please i want to connect to the game

 

Sometimes if you are trying to change from Siel to Lumiel this can happen. You get disconnections so what you have to do is to try again.
If you haven't manage to log in till now let me know.

 

I cant enter in the game, i don't change from server or something, when i log my account and password appears the server list, when i select the server, lumiel, this disconnect me and quit the game, i enter again, and i try to connect to siel happens the same thing

@eze023 protip: try only downgrading the bin32 folder first, your game will still launch with just that.

 

Already do it and the result is the same

 

Please, go into your Aion folder, bin32 folder and delete your "d3d8thk.dll" file. Then do into L10N\enu\data and delete the zData.pak. Start your Gamez Launcher as admin, update the client if it pops out and start the game.

i have windows 7 ultimate Bin64 is the same problem because i already do that

 

You do NOT have to downgrade the client.

We have updated the website with a Full client torrent.

i have the 2 clients, i already donwload from the gamezaion page and i download the ncsoft aion, i try with bought clients, and the problem is the same

with the official aion i already do the downgrade with all folders

 

me no downgrade no problem
