Coming back on Aion / What class should I pick and why?

Hello there, fellows, Michael's here.
I came back on Aion from about 1 year of break so I missed like 2 or 3 patches.
I was maining an Elyos Ranger with high-end gear at that time. (Also a Templar, my first class, like ever)
So, to be straight to the point, as a PvP player, can I have a brief description (one phrase, I mean) of all the classes in this patch?
P.S.: I have to mention that I'm asking here this question because I have no idea of the diferences in proportions of damage and/or any other variables between here and retail. This, to avoid silly/stupid comments.

Templars still pulls you.
Gladiators still stumble you.
Rangers still stunshot you to death.
Sins still hides and gank u in the ass.
Cleric still got op heals.
Chanter still run faster than you.
Spiritmaster still fears you and rekt you.
Sorc still nukes you w/ Inferno.
Gunners will kill you 2 hits. (gs proc)
Aethertech badass robots.
Songweavers will turn you into penguin, cute but annoying.

If you main a Templar before then great! Templars are overpower if being played well. Rangers are still OP but still squishy, tho you can still play it 'cuz stunshot too op.

Play whatever it is you desire most.

 

You might want to tell us what's your ping first. We start from there.

That pretty much said everything, but you might also keep in mind that the OPness of each is jacked up a few thousand percentages depending on rather you go to Siel which has Full Stigmas at the outset or Lumiel which has the traditional system. Songweavers and Clerics in my opinion are unnervingly OP in Siel. Not that I mind...since I play those two classes exclusively.

Don't remember the last time I saw a sorc use inferno xD Forgot that spell even existed.

 

Templar if you have experience with templar and it will be decent no matter your ping.

Lol, I'm actually thinking another skill which is a huge block of ice but forgot it's name. I only remember the Inferno 'cuz I played sorc in Lumiel as my main long time ago xD

you mean when they put a huge crystallized shard of ice right about 3 in game feet on top of your head and then drops on top of you? I think they still use that time to time.

I think you're referring to Glacial shard? And I don't think any sorcerer still uses Inferno since Balaur Seeker got introduced in Aion. Kinda miss those PVP videos with Inferno as their nuke skill. LOL
