Solved lumiel server infinity shard worked?

Hi,
Why can't enter in IS (Hiperyon) instance?
My ally 4 PPL :Cleric + 2 DPS + 1 Templar all LVL 65.
the message will apear when cast to enter instance: "Is not your time"
WTF is that? on lumiel server gamez aion this server in alowed or not?

 

I think you must be at 12 people at that area ..

 

Yeah for that custom teleporter you must have 12 ppl, for the normal instance I think you can do it with less.

 

For the BG itself, you need to be 12 people. If you use the normal portal in Idian Depths, you can enter with less. But as I heard the original instance is a bit messed up. It's been a while that I have done entered via the original portal, so I'm not 100% sure.

 

where is the normal portal?
i have rebound at indian depts (4mil+kinah) and not work infinity shard instance

i am in idian depts at front of entrance in infinity shard but not let me in with 4 ppl.
press m mean MAP. i viewed all map ofcourse in idian dept.

 

You will need to switch your group into alliance. Furthermore I think that instance is not really working, ides have an issue as far as I remember. Best think you can do is to form an alliance for IS ( Portal this time when it is up ). Requires 12 people and gives away nice awards.

 

i was make ally with 4ppl no group. we need only 12 to work? lesser not work?

 

It won't work if you are trying to enter the portal located in sanctum/pandaemonium. If you are trying to enter normal IS and you can't it might need 12 people also or else there is an issue in the portal.
