I'm new, need help!

    Hi all
    So i'm new to the server but not to the game. I played Aion like 2 years ago, when the max level was 55 (i was a SM with max gear on the original server)
    Basically me and my team we were tired of paying 20€ every month to get the premium in order to do trades etc. So what i'm asking is:
    Do I need to pay also here like 20€ per month or do i need to pay only 1 for lifetime (like i read somewhere)?
    Also, could you give me a brief description of the server? I read the notes but i'm not sure if I understood them.
    Much appreciated, sorry for my bad english :)
