Solved Lost my home in Oriel without noticifation.

Just recently received a mail and thought it's time for home payment, but... Instead my home is now gone by this mail.



I still have my old mail saying I won the home, but the mail for notifying for payment did not appear earlier like normally. Instead I got the mail for home impound instead.



Sadly I had to blast away my 400M kinah again to reclaim my home and now paying the home payment for every 2 weeks just to secure my home safely.

Was the missing notification mail a bug?

 

Looks like you forgot to pay for your house and you lost it. You must pay house taxes in order to keep it every week or if you can better do it for the whole month.

 

Weird, my 2 other characters with homes and still fine because it's still sending the notification mail for the monthly payment, able to notice the mail icon at the character select screen.

My point is my Cleric didn't get it's notification mail like my other 2 toons like normally would, thus leading my home for impoundment without noticing.

 

Well I lost a house in the past without notification. Could be a bug but since your other character received it it's not sure. Anyway in order to avoid this next time better pay your taxes for the rest of the month.
