Solved got a few questions

First off im so happy I eventually got the game to work great game and nice ppl so happy little lady here hehe

So my first question to you guys is where do I get better gear considering our starter gear is better than Elite Guard stuff I done IS today got nice shoulders is this how we gear along with the webshop stuff where do I spend my ap?

next question is what is VIP Credits? I upgraded to VIP but cant work out where the credits are or what I do to get them ?

Better gear - Either donate (should be your last option) or do BGs so you can get Ceramium medals for Amba sets or Blood Marks for Blood Mark gear. (Guide to where to buy said armor is here). Elite Arbiter and Arbiter items can only be bought with credits from the webshop and not ingame.

VIP credits - When someone says "Trading 3.5k VIP credits" it means they have 3.5k credits AND their account is currently vip so they can trade something for their credits.. They can't trade credits DIRECTLY, but the person who will trade with them will ask them to buy something from the webshop that needs VIP status to be traded.

For example, if somebody is trading their 3.5k VIP credits, they can buy Elite Arbiter, Arbiter, etc gear from the shop (e.g one Elite Arbiter weapon from the store or one armor piece) and trade it. So someone can come to them and tell them "I want Elite Arbiter Cloth Pauldrons for my blablabla" so the person selling the credits will go ahead and buy the Elite Arbiter Cloth Pauldrons with their credits and trade them to the other for the offer he just made. If his account wasn't vip, he COULD buy the gear the other would ask for, but it would be pointless because non-vip accounts cannot trade Elite Arbiter or Arbiter etc.

However, if a person is trading their 3.5k NON VIP credits, they are limited to buying and trading items like godstones, some costumes, etc.

This is why people mostly want VIP credits, because most of the time when you will see someone buying credits, they mostly do it to buy Arbiter, Elite Arbiter, or other stuff that needs VIP instead of just a bunch of 500 credit costumes.

You asked what credits are even though you upgraded to VIP =o But I will just mention - credits can be used in the webshop here to buy items for your account. They can be acquired by either voting here every 12 hours or by donating like I said.
