Solved Aethertech

Hi everyone
I have a question about the attack speed of this class...
If the weapon is 2.4 Atk Speed, so the cap is 1.2 right?
If i decide to use governor gear, i have to choose the arbiter one, because it is a magic set, but, what about the handguards? they give cast speed, not attack speed, even the shepherd one gives cast speed, so, my doubt is: With Wings of the Circle lvl 2 + Scroll attack speed + Candy can i reach the 1.2 attack speed, and if not, how much i can reach?

I really appreciate if someone can answer this question because i don't have the weapon and the set to test it by myself.

p.s.: i will not use title of attack speed.

 

1.2 is the attackspeed cap and I think it'll be 1.8-2.0 well that's what I think. I wish I could check it for you but I'm still at work

Are you use Arbiter Handguards (or one with cast speed) ?
If yes, you reach the 1.2? (if you don't have the answer now, don't worry i'm just curious, you can answer later ^^)

Yes I'm using arbiter gloves and yes you can reach 1.2 just using woc2 and attack speed scroll. And if you wanna use candy I suggest to use wise weaveren candy for 3% move speed and additional 60 MA

 

What about aion's chosen title? You didn't mention that o; Also the arb cipher-blade gives 2.4 + 15% attack speed. The elite arb gives the same attack speed also. You should be able to get 1.2 attack speed.

 

Yeah i know but, as i mentioned first, i will not use title because i don't have enough credits to buy it and i will not donate, not soon if gamez don't get fixed ^^

 

Hmm. I see what you mean, but if you want the most attack speed you can get you're gonna have to donate/vote at some point o;..

Get a single part of arb set in a trade is very hard ^^
But maybe, if i can get 1.2 using the cast gloves so, nevermind ^^

 

Not really, look i'm not trying to counter you but, if Uih says he reach the 1.2 using only scroll + woc 2, so the title is useless xD

Joe is right. 24% WoC2 + 15% Cipher-blade + 9% scroll = 48%, which will make your attackspeed go to 1.2 (even if it's not a full 50%).
