Do you mean you have no characters to select in the character selection or what Ayaria said? Well if it's no characters to select - means they got deleted if you didn't play/vote for more than 6-7 months. If you can't see your character in game, we need screens to see what happened there

Okay please don't double or triple post o;. or quadruple So you claim your character is now showing but it's stuck now? Please edit the description on your main post so we don't get confused on what the main issue is. The fix command does that, it takes off all your gear and it will be placed in your inventory. What do you get when you login? Send log? Freezes? Or it just disconnects/crashes? An unedited screenshot would be helpful v:

To upload an image, next to "Post Reply" click "Upload a File" Navigate to your NCsoft > Aion > Screenshots folder. Click the screenshot that was saved to that folder so we can see.

 

First of all, try not to spam. Second your toon seems to be hard stuck. Means you need to request again an unstuck request. Do NOT log in back into this character till the server reboots. During this time you can just use your alt characters. If you log in again, you need to send again an unstuck request otherwise it will stay stuck. Your gear is not gone, it's in your inventory. So once your toon is alight again, you'll find it there in a safe place.

If you keep attempting to login your character that keeps being disconnected it will just eventually cancel the unstuck request V:..Let it be for now.
