Solved Stuck at sanctum

Hi! every time im trying to teleport to another map, my screen freezes, cant teleport anywhere, .fix command works, but it only put me back to sanctum, and then ive got same problem. any ideas? ive heard that theres some "hard stuck" bug and need to wait for server restart, is it that? Or something else? Dont have any more ideas how to fix that...same on all toons. Same on other acc. Siel Server

Yeah, you aren't the only one. Trust me. My character is stuck in tia eye and my location on the control panel says unknown. I can't login or click my sw cause it disconnects me and the client closes...V:

 

so its well known issue, ehh. any ideas when server gonna be restarted?

 

I heard tomorrow, but I'm not sure. I just think it's foul how something so simple turns into something so complex. It should NEVER be that way.

 

ofc, well i had a big break from aion, when i was playing gamez few year ago when anuhart was the best set...xD there wasnt any of that shit, and there was much much more ppls. So dunno what are they doing, but they should make some fix for it, waiting forever for server restart its just hilarious

 

You see people needing restarts all the time...But now it's gotten to the point where people are getting impatient only simply because it doesn't take that long to do at ALL. It's just pure laziness.

No you can probably use your alt chars on Siel, just not the ones that are stuck. Anyway, there's a ".fix (username)" command. It takes off all your items in your inventory, so don't be alarmed. I also tried that and it didn't work. I mean I help the server and to not get helped back is like a slap in the face.

 

.fix command dont work for that, also ive got same bug on all chars on acc, not only main ;/ making new char didnt fixed it as well, done that already, everything is same

 

For me, what happened was around the time my legion got disbanded (I requested it), I got send log in tia eye. Since I didn't log out after the legion disband time was up, I got send log. And this send log glitched my character. Others had to wait more than me for server restart, but doesn't excuse the fact that it shouldn't take so long. Just saying

 

well i dont have any idea why my all chars get bugged. Aslo at new acc. Old acc i can understand couse i wasnt playing on it for a loooooong time and something could happened, but for like 2h after coming back to gamez everything was fine. I closed the game, wanted to play next day and get all bugged

 

Well I really am hoping for a server restart, tons of players are stuck. And I shouldn't have to cry out for something so simple. It's ridiculous. Really. Especially to donators and people who participate in events myself, I don't see ANY reason why there should be a hold up. All I get is the cold shoulder. Which is totally uncalled for...

 

just lets hope server gonna be restarted tomorrow...

 

here one day gamez aion will not have any more player because everyone will get stuck

 

I had a char that was long stuck serves more restart was still stuck

 

A server restart doesnt fix the issue always...
if you guys havnt done it already then i suggest!!!!!!
both of you need to log into your Accounts On www.Gamezaion.com and go on the player unstuck request Tab and follow foramt.

 

I did that. And the .fix command. Didn't work. It shows this:

The only way to fix it is with a server restart but from what I heard that is being delayed for some reason V:

 

Well if you did the player unstiuck request then it should be done sooner or later. i had to wait a couple of days back in 4.0 when my char was stuck i couldnt even get past the char screen xD would disccc me automatically, so just be patient.

 

Lmao right I'm telling people to be patient for server restart but when it happens to me it's like oh hell no LOL. I did the unstuck request like 1-2 days ago I believe? I can login but I can't select my sw cause it just freezes, d/cs and closes my client. It honestly sucks ;S
