Noble durable accesories eternal?

Hi, i try to crafting noble durable turqoise ring but i failed all times... no one proc.
Where can i find noble recipie for craft one eternal from 3 yellow rings...
On aiondatabase not explain from what npc can i find this noble eternal recipie.
I have 57 yellow rings no proc result... pls help me.

The ring you mentioned is not eternal first of all, if "Noble Durable Turquoise Ring" is its exact name.. The durable rings are Superior, and the noble version is Heroic.. Not eternal. Other than that, for the recipe of exactly "Noble Durable Turquoise Ring", click here.

You can find the design from the Shugo in the Handicrafting Room in Protectors Hall in Sanctum, he is called Chiwurinerk (click for location).

Off sorry i mean say master noble durable turqoise ring eternal orange ring l58 . I make white/green/blue/yellow but noble proc craft always fail only normal craft and result only master durable turqoise ring yellow...

 

"Master noble durable turquoise" ring is not a thing I'm afraid D: Again, do you by any chance mean "Noble Durable Elegant Turquoise ring?"xD

If yes, I don't think the designs for the Noble version are available.. I checked every possible location that they could be sold, Abyss and Wrights token vendors included (even went to Oriel to check there too), and also viewed a couple old threads with the same question and they are not sold by NPCs apparently..

I guess you have to try your luck again with the Normal design until you are lucky enough for a Noble version to proc..
