Bringing back the Old PvP Days

@Tykimik and I are planning on PvPing in Heiron this Saturday along with other asmo players (we still gotta talk to them). Hope you can bring us good PvP that day.

 

bring it back the old pvp maps,
let the hunt beggin..
miss the old days..
not like katalam now a ping pong PvP.

Talking about "complexity" and fun in PVP? Then Inggison is the best. The area of warfare is perched between 2 forts (hopefully each one of the other owned by the opposing forces), then a deep trench with a chance to ride the wind tunnel, and hoping the end of it is where other characters of your faction is standing/running at the moment, otherwise you die a quick and painful death.

 

I think if the community works together and I mean both sides, then it may be possible to bring PVP back in old maps such as belusan, hieron, gelk, and inngi. It will take time but if we all work together it will be possible. Deja use to pvp in this area in katalam and it was only just us and then a few weeks later every 1 on asmo side copied us and now pvps in the same area us too, so if we can change the location on where players pvp in katalam, then I'm sure we can change which maps players pvp on also or atleast try =]

Also if AM's hosted some events in the maps that I mentioned above then it will help even more. Nothing helps more then an AM locating an event in a old pvp map. In fact like 5 weeks ago an AM made a "hunt the asmo" event in hieron. They used there command to locate us and I swear like 50 elyos came and there was active pvp in hieron for a few hours. There was no prizes, but it was fun and the AM's don't even gotta do anything but locate us.

So I'm hoping AM's will also get involved.

 

Update: Did Padmarashka's Cave with other elyos I will also be hosting PvE alliances as well. Post what boss you guys want to face up against! I also tried to pvp in Levinshor but no asmo came ...But we took over camps and it was really fun xD.

That's a good idea.
But really, does giving away some prizes make the server poorer? The reason PVP is now boring is that AP is useless and replaced by GP which you only get once every 2 days by joining a fort siege. By the time sieges are scheduled, I'm already asleep.
If they can just give us like say.....1 TS every 10 kills, then any Ely or Asmo would want to PVP all the time.

 

Im not sure tbh. All I know is that players won't pvp in a different map unless they get something out of it such as tokens to purchase items. Sad but true, that is why the TBT event in danaria and tiamantra eye was so popular and active in the past, because players got items out of it. Now as you can see since those events ended in those maps no 1 really ever pvp's there any more and they all went back to zergy ping-pong in katalam.

If they made a similar event in inngi or gelk I can almost guarantee there will be active PVP there. As long as they make the boss spawn every 1 hour after death.

I know it must be stressful for the staff to mail tons of items out to so many players but we have alot more senior AM's then what we did in the past TBT event, so it shouldn't be difficult and stressful if the staff work together with mailing out tokens/prizes. As far as I herd staff don't even need to log in the game to mail out prizes.

I want to see the RED SEA(mobs of players) swarming in Inggison, Silentera and in Gelkmaros
most of the pvp happens now in loftus forest(in siel). there are only very few players who pvp in other areas.
I think Danaria is also a good pvp area but I like the old maps more. It was fun pvping since 1.9
