    Edit: No it is not. The remo apparently looks like to an limited day event of 1 week.

    But if you don't have the limited version remo, then try trading it to your alt char or a friend of yours to see if it can be traded. As for your trade, I would add something because Danuar skins can be hard to find at times - considering you're getting not 1 danuar skin, but 2.

    easy way to see if something is not trade able: press the hotkey Y to open your private shop and place the item in there for whatever price. press the start your shop button and if you sit down and start it is trade able if your shop stops immediately it is not trade able :D
