I'll edit this and explain a little more later when I get back to my PC, but for now you all needa just chill a bit lol. Really it's not quite as simple and you guys are making it out to be xD Any further threads will be deleted.

So, first things first.. I'm not really going to give any warnings here, I understand your concerns. You feel that we are not that busy that we have time to sell shepherd weapons and such.. let me put it in perspective. The shop was open for maybe two weeks or so right? During those two weeks, most of the S.AM (while we were online) were so swamped with requests that we had time for literally nothing else. We didn't even have AMTs yet. One weapon could take 5-10 minutes taking screenshots, mailing, removing medals/insignias from the inventory, making logs for every single weapons we sent off, etc. By the time you do one, there are 3 or 4 others wanting to buy as well. Regularly I had to sell weapons all at once for 40mins to an hour and then make logs for another half an hour. Not fun. tedious work, and really, really time consuming on top of also having to answer other peoples questions or concerns and (myself) having to moderate the forums. I'm not gonna sit here and tell you we have NO time do sell shepherd weapons. I'm just telling you that we are very busy and it causes some problems.

You may be thinking.. After you get enough requests done they should stop coming right? Not really. They didn't once slow down in fact xD I even had people PMing me on my legit character asking for weapons if I was not on my GM.

The first day or two our AMT were around, it was like.. damn I don't really have time to do anything anymore, we had two S.AMs on and both of us were just like "kill me now pls". Sadi and I were on later those nights and probably did 15 people in a row with no breaks, so we were like "we really need time to help our fellow staff members, this is really way too much".

We have our own lives as well, and now we really do have to sort of hold these little blue names' hands for a little while. Sure it's not like we have to be with them for every second they are online but we have to be there if they need us. There's not always an S.AM on to be there either. Setting a schedule for one hour a day is just teasing the ones that happen to miss it at the end.

At the moment we are keeping the shop closed temporarily. Yes, it will come back, sooner or later (we're not really gonna ask you to wait that long, most likely, maybe a few weeks at the most), I'm even hoping the NPCs will actually be fixed before we have to do it again (as I said, very tedious). You guys could wait for this work-around to come out, I'm sure you can wait for it to come back again.

Now you ask yourself, "Trent, why are you taking all this time to write this post when you could be selling some weapons?" Oh well, I guess it's enough of me "feeding you" excuses I suppose. I am just telling you from my firsthand experience. I'm not asking for your sympathy, I'm just asking you all to understand that it is, again, not as simple as you all make it seem.
