Solved [Siel - Asmos] Why cannot we buy anymore sheperd weapon from GM ?

Side : Asmodian
Char : Dalton

Hi,
as u know, the shepered weapon shop is broken on Siel for asmos.
Some people explian me I had to w8 for senior GM to convert my ap+ medals in a shepered weapon.
I finally saw Gabi who was really nice, but explain me GM couldn't sold anymore those weapons.
I don't get why it is not possible anymore. because, pvp with only discordant is such a pain, I have the AP, I have the medals,... and I'm so bored, I'll move my char from Lumiel to siel. So Lumiel will lost her beloved(#Joke) Governor CalamityJane soon which is maybe not so good for this server to loose more and more players.
I understand admins have a lot of work and solving this issue may take a lot of time (like fixing broker XD), but why GM cannot mitigate the damages for players and server? I should have missed something
