How about Gm's Remove the Portal's in sanctum and pande, and move the War zone's in heiron, verteron etc. I think the other maps are being Useless because of this Portal's we have. I think many Player's will agree on this. So what do you think Guys?

there will always be complaints but your suggestion is good for you and some and is opposed by some as well. if you want to make use of other maps then make use of it.

Logging in, standing and waiting in sanctum/pandae in front of the portals...
Logging in, going to <insert map here> and finding ping pong pvp and joining them...

what is the difference? nothing. because you want to do something that has been laid in front of you by other people. Thats laziness, if you want to go and pvp, go and find pvp by yourself.

I've already seen fruitful efforts by players alone without the help of AMs to create pvp where they like.

You are here making a thread, complaining about how something that has been given effort and brainstormed by AMs to provide and feed the hunger of players wanting to have fun with the time they spend on playing in Gamez. You are here suggesting for someone ELSE to solve YOUR problems of not being able to have fun because most of the people perceive fun in online games when they are pewpewing other gamers in ping pong pvp. We are not forced to use the portals. People choose to enter the portals, they do it with a mouse using their own hands. You are suggesting that AMs force players to pvp in a map YOU prefer to be fun. Please tell me who is lazy. I think you still won't understand but I had to write it down. And BTW I'v never used the portals for pvp, I go out to katalam not being mad about getting zerged but its fun for me. You see people perceive things differently than you do and Gamez staff have a burden of identifying that and providing it for us so we don't all leave the server. They measure it and they have to see the bigger picture (genpop).

Why would you want BGs removed.. If they do get removed, eventually we will just complain that PVP always happens on the same maps again.. Yes it's good to try to revive PVP in maps like Heiron or Beluslan but let's be a bit smart D: BGs just give many many possibilities for solo pvp, group pvp etc.. Saying "remove them all" is not very smart, possibly fixing a couple, not making them spawn as much or removing one or two and not all of them is the better choice @-@

 

Sir/Ma'am PVP in a Map like Heiron and Belusland is much more better that BG maps .. becuase many PPL enjoy the old days PVP'ing in that map .. unlike BG maps other players use team in FFa while others don't party in Mixfight but still team .. they got a good advantage in there ..what i'm saying is play fair .. so i agree to this thread .. PEACE !

and it's boring while waiting for the BG portals right ?? so why don't just PVP in heiron or belu ?? or maybe inggison and gelk ?? right ?

Either way, I won't say more cause I don't completely agree or completely disagree - Yes if we remove BGs, PVP will focus on open areas and not BGs and maybe some wars can happen in the old maps and everybody likes that; but knowing players as I am one of them, many of us will just get bored of that again.. And Gamez doesn't have the population right now to afford people getting sick of open pvp

So on one hand, I do want to see open world pvp again and stop the silly teaming in FFA or everywhere else.. But at the same time I am afraid that if that does happen, we will all just get sick of it again and be like "there's zergs everywhere, I can't find someone to fight 1v1" >.<

 

Nothing needs to be removed or changed. It should be the players adjusting if they want to pvp in other areas. There were several attempts but then due to players being lazy and choose instead to pvp at the usual maps, nothing happened. It's the players that control the pvp in this game, not the portals. So stop blaming them round things in sanctum and just do your thing whatever it is.

 

Actually, there's teleporters which can bring people straight to Gelkmaros and Inggison. Why don't the lazybutts use those I wonder...? If I was in their place and wanted open pvp, I'd call as many as I could via the LFG chat and told them to get to those zones and encourage open PvP.

 

I wouldn't agree with that 100% D: I agree with the OP on the fact that if they got removed, PVP would focus more on open world action rather than FFA and mix so this is what I don't agree with you on.. What I do agree with is the fact that even if that does happen, it's up to players to make the PVP, and if we all get sick of the same maps then there will be no other excuse for us..

 

People actually did that. But majority would just sit in Sanctum/Pandae and think like "this is just a fad, won't take long til everyone goes back to the usual pvp spots."
