    Wrong section first of all.. "Problems" should be the section you post in when experiencing problems either ingame or website related :)

    This generally happens when you're donating for the first time on this server or donating on a new account. Also depends on what option u chose to donate with. takes time for your credits to be rewarded, normally after 12-24hrs.

    I've heard people waiting for 2 days. Waiting for one day and not receiving credits is not a big deal, but if it was like.. a week with nothing happening then that's when you could worry >.<

If you are very impatient, please contact the website you used to donate with and perhaps they can give you an update on the situation. Depending on the method you used, the card you use and the bank you use, this process can even take up to 2-5 WORKING days to process. Banks are just like that.

    As what they keep saying, please be patient. Some donations don't get processed right away especially if its your first time to donate. It's better that you contact the website where you did the donation so you can easily get a response. It depends on what method you used too.
