Solved Bugged or Restricted ?

When will the Broker and Black Market be functional again ?
I recently returned to the game because of slow internet connection then I saw the black market wasn't there. then by the time I checked the Broker to by some crafting materials nothing was in it.
some players said that broker wasn't functional for months and some says it's restricted. and some players said it's removed, and some other theories .

 

It's been bugged due to, as far as I know, the new update having different mechanics for it. Because of this, and Gamez having an incomplete update, it is not functioning sadly. The Black Cloud Traders, or the Cash Shop, was actually removed by NCSoft I believe, resulting in it being removed for us as well. You can still buy the items from the webshop from the User Control Panel when you log into the Gamez website.

It should be fixed soon. That's all I can really say, and all I can hope for.
