    Some elite camps' Warcaptains have a significantly longer spawn time than the 'common' mob camps.

    In NA retail, those camps/bases would flip faction approximately around 30 minutes to 4 hours max (depending if it's an elite camp or "common/regular" camp).

    It makes sense for the camp's captain spawn time to be random, as this would prevent both races from camping a camp at specific times, hence why you see Balaur occasionally take a camp.
