Hmm Can someone Tell me what kind of Harp Can i Fuse for my Arb Harp Except Brazen Aegis Harp

You can use for fusion a Custodian/Shepherd harp, or any pve mythic or eternal harp, but my advice is use one with Attack speed, so Exalted Katalium or Brazen Aegis are the best choice.
You can also use Elite Arbiter Harp/ Arbiter Harp, this is definitely the best choice ^^

Always go for an Attack Speed harp like @Louy said! Obviously the best combo is to buy an Elite Arbiter harp and fuse it with Arbiter. But since you have Arbiter, why don't you want the Brazen one? :O
Or the Exalted Katalium in that case. I had the Exalted one on my Arbiter before I bought my Elite Arbiter

and use gloves for attak speed too its great ^_^

 

That's only if you don't have WOC2, atk speed harp, title which gives you atk speed + candy.
Else it's pretty useless.
