Wearable Armors

I dont know if it is possible..
Im just wondering if gladiators can wear other armors as it used to be in pre-4.0 era.
It will be fair to disable the restrictions on armors we can wear as gladiators xD

Rationale of armor change:
in PvP battle re-gearing your toon will be depending on the enemy you are facing.
Example:
Glad vs Melee Physical Class = of course i prefer to use Plate.
Glad vs Magic Burst Class?
it would be better if we can also use chain or leather as it used to be..

I know you will think that Glads and Temps will be OP coz they can use all kinds of armors.
But its just a question of possibility..

Any flame is accepted..
any opinions will be gladly discussed..

Well.. gladiators will be even more OP. They're trying to make the game "balanced" (but failed to do so with the introduction of more OP classes and skills). If they do this with gladiators, then might as well let SMs/Sorcs/SWs wear plate and chain to be fair. xD

EDIT: Oh and If you want "flaming" then I think you posted in the wrong section.

Coz armors nowadays are class restricted..
Maybe they implement a lesser armor without restriction..

Lets say Make Custo/Amba/Sheph to be wearable..
I.E.
Glads can use Custo Cloth in battling out Magic Classes
Not that OP i guess.

My point is, it would be unbalanced if it will be granted. Just like what you are askin.

 

it was a bit balanced in the previous patches..
Like when ABG was around.
it is balanced when:
Glad/Temp Can use Chain - Leather - CLoth
Chants/Clers can use Leather - CLoth
and Scouts can use Cloth..

You're free to use the crafted PvP armors which are a little inferior if you want another armor type. Look up Premium Ophidan.

 

Warrior best at all class :V
-Tank
-AOE Damage
-High Defense for melee but i`m pretty sure has best defense also for magic class - knock high Damage Skills
-if you know how to handle it
last maybe prefer to balancing your skills you used every seconds

I dont think it would be a good idea, just imagine a templar using "cloth" to face another cloth, lol. Same as sins playin' with plate, sighh.

 

If you want higher defense against a magic class play a different class or just learn how to play glad. And you are all forgetting you would loose all the other stats that they give like attack/ crit/ accuracy which are more important than a few magic suppression....and glad has a 1000 magic suppression buff and a 15% pvp defense toggle what u fkin complaining about
