Solved BUG.....I cant vote MY Account,

anybody can help to refresh my account?pls.pls.i cant vote for 2 weaks alredy..pls Sir PUddles/Dementa/AyarIa/ And all AM/GM

Anyway, do you play in your own computer? There's another person /friend / brother using the same network as you play and voting to gamez aion?

thank you for responds sir,,,,YES sir i played in my laptop,,i have 2 accounts sir,1srt try to vote my active account but i cant vote,,and next i try to vote my other unactive account but they can vote in evry 12 hours.

 

As Louy already asked, are you the only one voting with this IP or is there somebody else?
For example, are you playing in an internet cafe, or do you have any friends voting from the same IP?

 

same as me it appears only you already voted in blah blah blah hours im the only 1 who played aion in the computer..

 

The question was whether you voted from the same IP or not - the IP address isn't the same as the computer it's assigned to, obviously.
Far as I understand, the voting system works per IP address.

Did you ask fellow players/ingame friends too who have friends/siblings using the same network as them and also have all of them voting for their accounts?

 

He mentioned A laptop and TWO accounts. Same pc = same ip = no voterino for 2nd account.

no body voting in my IP sir just only me,i try to vote in my office IP BUT i cant vote,,and i try again in my sisters house another IP Again and same again i cant vote,,

 

Try doing this please:

 

Login online in your laptop
Stay online for a couples of hours
Keep checking in web if how many hours/minutes left to vote
*****Note******
Don't try to login online on other pc/laptop(different IP) beside of what you always used.
Happened to me all the time when i logged in someone account in my pc and that someone complained why he can't vote on his pc xD

I had the same problem for years and just recently found the solution from a player who was having the same issue. My issue was not a matter of having someone else voted first than me using the same IP since I was the only one using the connection. I have been able to vote before without troubles then suddenly this happened. I had to verify my account by clicking on the link sent to my email when I created my account. If you used a non-existing email or forgot your credentials, that would be a problem. That's why we strongly suggest using active emails on account registrations.

 

I have heard that this only happens when you have never voted before and you need to verify your e-mail to be able to receive credits, but from the thread I assumed the player has been able to vote but has the problem for the last 2 weeks or so, no?

 

Before i had the issue, i have been able to vote with no problem.
