hello, i just buy 200$ for donating via super reward, max purchase on super reward is 100$ and i buy it twice .
today when i log in it just got 10.000 credit . please help

Please allow up to a few hours for multiple payments of high value to go through as the second payment will undergo more security checks to make sure it's valid. Please contact super rewards regarding this and they will be able to give you more information regarding this issue.

If there are any problems I'll forward it to the CEOs.

You've already been told what to do, dear!
I would say first of all, wait a day just to be sure..

After that, you can contact the company you donated with (here's a link to do so for example), and tell them about the transaction.
If a conversation with them doesn't work out, we'll forward it to an admin as @Illusions already said, but like I said, give it a day!

 

i just contact super reward few hours ago but still no answer . i don't know what to do . my balance is still 100$ credit on gamezaion

 

When contacting super rewards via help tab on gamez aion donation super rewards page, it would help you greatly to take a picture of your Government issued ID with the card used to purchase the credits and upload it along with your inquiry.
Keep in mind it could take up to 48h.

 

Please also consider that it is a weekend after all and all services are at a slow down over the weekend. As Monday is Bank Holiday in the UK, I believe you might have to wait a while until they solve your problem, unless you are lucky and get in touch with somebody over the next couple of hours. Fear not though, we will get it solved for you!

 

also provide some proof like via bank or etc. its all in records. If your records shows its then super rewards should fix it. I know they always been a little slow, but if you dispute it with vital record of your purchase in your end it should be fine =) GL.

PS: anyone can just say they donate without substantial proof no one will believe you. If you present proof then no one can argue with you.

I am assuming the transaction was completed and not canceled without you noticing, yes?

If yes, here's what we always tell people - Wait it out Patience is a virtue! Yes there might be a problem, but most of the time credits appear after a few hours to a couple days!

If you do wait it out and nothing happens, then we can move on to the next step and contact either the company or the admins. But let's wait and see, yes?
