Client Issue Getting error after a minute of logging in

Hi. So as mentioned on the title. I'm getting this error a minute after i logged in my character. I just finished installing the game about an hour ago.
Can anyone help me how to fix this?

Does this happen when you use a certain character only? And, are you able to actually login on that character and use it for a bit before getting the problem, or does the client crash immediately after you select the character and doesn't allow you to use the character at all?
Try logging in on another character!

 

Yes Mam. I am able to log-in my character and use for about 2 minutes before getting the problem.
I also tried logging in on another character but I'm still getting the same error. Sent log client.
It's also a little bit weird cause yesterday when i logged in. My character was on 3 star officer. (It was the rank when i last left my character for almost a year)
But when i get back today. It was just on rank 1.
