Solved i can't get past the server selection screen

Hello everyone i have a problem and i hope someone could help me .
I start the game it loads up just fine right up to the login menu, i type in username and password and it takes me to the server selection screen.
i get the message with the reccomended server and so on but when i click on it the screen freezes part from the background hallway immage and after 10 min or so (yah i had the patience) it says disconnected from server and u all know what happens after that .

if any1 can help me with this earns a spot in my top 10 favorite ppl for 2015


P.S. antivirus was disabled along with all the other possible firewalls , curently runing as startup advanced systemcare 8.1, steam and bitdeffender with shutdown firewall
Also i can't find anything so far on the forum that relates to my problem but it could be my bad on that as i am not exceptionally gifted with my thought processes

Edit: Player needed to downgrade. He applied it and now he can play!
