Solved two accounts ... One mail :(

    sry for spam...but my problem is...
    i have 2 accounts...one mail register for all...so i cant reset my pass (one acc)

    There is no way you can use one e-mail address for two accounts. Even if you try, it will tell you "[e-mail address] already exist in our records, choose another" x_x

    So how did you possibly manage that? D:

    i lost my first mail...@lautaro he puts this mail...so i have 2 accs one mail...

    The player was using two accounts on one e-mail since it was changed manually by an admin. When he was trying to reset his password on one account, the accounts seemed to be clashing for having the same e-mail, so he was not getting a confirmation e-mail.
    Puddles helped change one of the e-mails so now he can reset his password and change it again :)
