Yes, partially. You can make a macro.

For example, the macro to open Small GM Gift Box which you can get every half hour of being online, would go like this:

    /use Small GM Gift Box
    /delay 4
    /use Small GM Gift Box
    /delay 4
    /use Small GM Gift Box
    /delay 4
    /use Small GM Gift Box
    /delay 4
    /use Small GM Gift Box
    /delay4
    /use Small GM Gift Box
    /delay 4
    /use Small GM Gift Box

Replace "Small GM Gift Box" with the EXACT name of the box you want to open, and "delay 4" with your delay time.
To calculate your delay time, add the time it takes to open the box (in my case 3 seconds), with the cooldown to use the box again (in that case, after I open Small GM Gift Box box, the cooldown to use it again is 1 second). So 3seconds open time + 1 second cooldown = 4 seconds. Or you can do 5 seconds just to be sure the server delay doesn't mess it up.

When you make the macro (default U button to open up the macro window), you can click it once and it will end once it's done opening these boxes. But you still have to click the macro again for it to open the next batch of boxes.

That way saves clicks and some time, but it doesn't make the opening time zero. To answer your question, there is no way to open a batch of boxes at once in one second.
