    I know you're an active player so I won't ask if you've already downgraded even though that's the reason for that problem 95% of the time :p
    Can you try turning off your antivirus/firewall? If you get disconnected after a while it could also be because of something blocking your connection, like ping reducers or game boosters.

    I do not use reducers :O I am naturally! Hahaha, to anyway let my try to downgraded bc probably the original server update me something without me noticing.

    If your client version is 4.7.0.8 then it's correct, you don't have to do anything. However if its higher than 4.7.0.8 (e.g 4.7.0.9) then you will have to downgrade.

    Do this, go into NCSOFT -> Aion and find the file called 'version' then open it and copy paste the results as a post here. We will tell you how to proceed further in this case regarding those results.

    Fear not, we will sort this out, meanwhile, don't tinker with your files as you may make the client worse. I have a feeling you need a downgrade though, the NCSOFT updater was most probably running in the background when you opened it once by mistake. It happens.

    Let me know the results and we'll sort this out ASAP.

    it means that if your client is not 4.7.0.8 then you have to downgrade.
    I suggest you update your client via ncsoft and then down grade following the exact instructions Dimitra reffered you to.

    Or do that. ;)

    Your client doesn't seem to be the wrong version from the screenshot you showed.. DO NOT update it from the NC launcher yet please xD Something else is going wrong and that is not your client version since it seems to be correct.

    I've seen this problem caused by wrong version, messed up (duplicate) installation files or folders, and even programs (ping reducers, game boosters) blocking direct connection to the server. Can I teamviewer you so we can test some things out? I'd like to see by myself so we can figure out which one it is :)

    After applying the downgrade again, the player could not connect to the server at all. Seems like the files he needed to reach the server that should be downloaded with the Gamez launcher were not working correctly or missing, so we re-installed the Gamez launcher and he can now login again :)

    @Pellz if you encounter more problems let me know.
