About the Dual Race account, to make one, you will need 1500 credits, if you wish to play on Siel, you will have to create on Siel an Asmodian or an Elyo, doesn't matter which one, if you create an Elyo, you will have to creat an asmodian in the same account in the Lumiel server, and use the Server Transfer feature in the gamezaion.com to transfer your asmodian to Siel, so you will have the 2 races in the same server.
Some tips: remember to never delete for complete one of the factions from your account, everytime you login, it will appear a message requesting you to type "ok", you will be able to transfer your itens (except weapons already fused) thru the warehouse account to use on both factions.
