As you can see from the thread I linked, if you look at the chart in the thread, you can see that you can get the FL morph designs from the camp marked" K7" from Katalam and you can also see that you can get the LK designs also from Katalam, but from the camp marked" K5" as shown below:





I'm leaving this link here because if you have it, you can not only look at where to get FL/LK designs, but anything else that the Katalam/Danaria vendors sell just by looking at the maps and the charts

This thread will help you when it comes to how you craft the FL weapons. This will explain almost all the things you need to know.

But just to clear some things out:
Also keep in mind the Aiondatabase.net links for the designs of the weapons that can help you a bit more.
This is the design for the FL mace like @Illusions said, and this is the one for the LK mace. You can click on every individual material to know how to obtain it.

The difference between FL and LK is that in LK you need 1 weapon shard instead of a DDL weapon, which, as shown in AionDatabase you can get from SSB or Danuar Sanctuary. Also the second thing that changes is that to morph FL you need to craft Reliable Rarified Rod, while to morph LK you need to craft Katalium Rarified Rod.

To learn how to craft these two rods, click on the links I sent you and under "craft calculator", open the Rod designs by clicking on the "+" on the left of their name to reveal the materials they require in order to be crafted. Same goes for "Ancient Red Crystal" which you need to morph the FL ones.

As for where to buy the rod designs, as shown in this thread that I linked before, you can get the Reliable Rarefied Rod design from Danaria, in the camp marked as "D5". By looking at Aion database, you can get the Katalium Rarefied Rod design from Idian Depths from a Shugo called Poporonerk (location here). It costs 17 ancient coins which you can get as loot pretty much by killing any mob around Idian Depths

Edit: You can get Weapon Shard from SSB or Danuar SANCTUARY. I said Danuar Mysticarium before. My bad
