Solved Just a few questions!

Hi,
1. first of all, I wanna ask what is the rate of enchanting Attack Plume, I already tried to enchant quite a few, and ALWAYS failed from 4 to 5, literally, always from 4 to 5.
2. Where are Wings of The Circle obtainable from?

Also if possible, do not close this thread, I'll addit up to my bookmarks in case I have more questions, so we avoid spamming forum :c

 

1) I just know that the higher you enchant your plume, the more of a chance you have on failing the plume.
it's best to just stick to a +5 then stock up on kinah and temp soultions then just using them all at once hoping you'll have something better than a +5 at the end.

2) woc 1 are in the shop in the accessories section at the very bottom, and go for 2k credits. woc 2 only appear in special shops.
